SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders over $60AUD are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping.
The delivery fee for orders under $60AUD is a flat rate of $7.
All parcels are shipped from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post within 1-2 business days (public holidays excluded).
APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES
Standard delivery within Australia: 2-7 business days
Please allow additional time for regional or rural deliveries.
Delivery delays may occur during public holidays and the Christmas period.
When your order is prepared for dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to appear as it takes time for the first scan to show.
IF NO-ONE IS HOME DURING DELIVERY
We strongly advise that you select a shipping address where there is someone available to receive the parcel. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent to the nearest Australia Post Office and you will receive a notification card or email.
RETURNED TO SENDER
If a parcel has been returned to April & Ko, (e.g.it was unclaimed, your address was unclear or incorrect, or your property was not accessible) you will be responsible for additional shipping costs. If it has been returned to April & Ko and you request a refund, cancellation and restocking fees, up to 50% of the cost of your original order, will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
April & Ko is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.
April & Ko is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or items, unless they were lost or stolen in transit. This is why we offer tracked shipping for all orders. Parcels with the status “Delivered” or “Completed” will be deemed as delivered. April & Ko is not responsible for any missing parcels with the status “Delivered.”
If this occurs, you will need to launch a missing parcel claim with Australia Post who may request that you file a police report for theft of the missing parcel. You can do this at https://auspost.com.au/portal/#/register/delivery_issue.
SAFE DROP/AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
If you have chosen the option Safe Drop/Authority to Leave (i.e. Signature is not Required), you have effectively entered into an agreement with Australia Post and accept the risks and responsibilities for the parcel. If there is an issue regarding your parcel, please contact Australia Post immediately.
If you have a MyPost account with Australia Post, you may request Redirection and Safe Drop. However, this is not recommended by April & Ko. If you do choose these options, April & Ko is no longer responsible for undelivered parcels, lost parcels or parcels delivered to the incorrect address. It is advised to check the shipping address is correct at check-out to avoid the need for parcel redirection.
