Due to the nature of the products, April & Ko does not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges on orders once shipped unless the products inside the parcel are damaged when received.

Before dispatch, all orders undergo a strict quality checking process. They will be securely packaged with bubble wrap.

However, in the unlikely case where you receive a parcel with damaged items inside, please contact us at – contact (at) aprilandko (dot) com –  within 7 days of receiving the package.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on damaged goods if you contact us after 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Photos of the damaged product must be included. Damaged box or packaging is not included as it does not affect the quality of the products inside.

When you are approved to return the item, ensure the product is adequately protected. You will be responsible for the return postage. Tracking is recommended. Please keep the receipt as if the refund is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost, providing it is of a reasonable cost.

The parcel must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the order. If it is not delivered within 7 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We will then lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and there will be a waiting time of up to 20 business days.

Once the return has been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges can’t be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason at any time. This may be due to, but not limited to, the following reasons
1)    Incorrect pricing: we reserve the right to remove any item from any order if they are incorrectly priced and provide a refund for that item.
2)    Potential fraud
3)    Extreme weather
4)    Non-payment: If payment has not been received within a reasonable amount of time after placing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.
